Who we are
UAW LLC, doing business as Lucora Systems (“Lucora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates lucorasystems.com and the Lucora inquiry and booking pages linked from it. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit these pages, contact us, schedule a call, or purchase services directly from us.
When we process information on behalf of a business client in that client’s systems, our handling of that information is also governed by our agreement with that client. Please direct requests about information you supplied to one of our clients to that business.
Information we collect
Information you provide. We collect information you submit, such as your name, email address, telephone number, business name, website address, service interests, appointment details, answers to booking questions, and correspondence. If you become a client, we may also collect billing details and information needed to deliver your agreed services. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, medical records, full payment card details, or other sensitive personal information through general inquiry or booking forms.
Payment information. Stripe processes payments. We may receive transaction details, payment status, billing information, and limited payment identifiers. We do not store full payment card numbers or card security codes in our own records. Stripe handles payment information under its own privacy policy: https://stripe.com/privacy.
Technical information. Our website, hosting, booking, and communication providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, access times, requested pages, and security or error logs to deliver and protect their services. Cookies and similar technologies used by these services are described below.
How we use information
We use information to:
- Respond to inquiries and understand requested services.
- Schedule calls and send confirmations, reminders, rescheduling or cancellation notices.
- Prepare proposals, administer client relationships, provide services, process payments, and maintain records.
- Send marketing communications where permitted and in accordance with your preferences and any required consent.
- Protect our systems, prevent misuse, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
Email and text messages
Submitting an inquiry or booking a call allows us to respond to that request and send related service communications. It does not, by itself, constitute consent to promotional text messages.
Where we offer text messages, we obtain the consent required for the type of message. Appointment-related and promotional text consent are requested separately. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchasing services. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages, or HELP for assistance. You may also contact darlene@lucorasystems.com for help. After opting out of texts, you can contact us to arrange another way to receive appointment information.
Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option. You may also email us to request removal. Opting out of marketing does not prevent us from sending necessary communications about an appointment, purchase, or ongoing service relationship.
How we share information
We share information with service providers as needed to operate our business, including providers of website hosting, email, customer relationship management, booking, communications, and payment processing. Our current providers include WPMU DEV, HighLevel/LeadConnector, DreamHost, and Stripe. Access is limited to the purposes for which the provider is engaged and subject to applicable agreements and law.
We may also disclose information to professional advisers; when required by law or lawful process; to protect rights, safety, or security; or in connection with a business transfer, subject to applicable safeguards and notice requirements.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared for others’ marketing; they may be disclosed only as needed to providers that deliver our messaging services or as required by law.
Cookies and similar technologies
Our site and embedded services may use technologies needed for security, form submission, booking functionality, and remembering preferences. You can manage cookies through your browser, although blocking necessary cookies may affect functionality.
We have not intentionally installed Google Analytics or Meta advertising pixels. If we introduce nonessential analytics or advertising technologies, we will update this policy and provide notices and consent choices where required before using them. Browser Do Not Track settings are not a universal cookie-blocking mechanism. We will honor legally required opt-out preference signals where applicable.
Retention and security
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including providing services, maintaining required financial and business records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and recording communication preferences. Retention depends on the information and legal obligations. Deletion requests may be subject to these requirements, and residual backup copies may remain until routine deletion cycles complete.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You can ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you by contacting us. Depending on applicable law and your location, you may have additional rights, including rights to obtain a copy of information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, appeal a request decision, or complain to a relevant authority. We will handle requests as applicable law requires and may need to verify your identity. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Children and international visitors
Our website and services are directed to adults seeking business services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
We operate in the United States. Our providers may process information in the United States and other locations. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we will use the required safeguards; visiting the site alone does not waive your legal rights.
Third-party links and changes
Other websites linked from our pages have their own privacy practices. We do not control them. We may update this policy as our practices change and will revise the effective date and provide additional notice where required.
