Better intake.
Fewer lost opportunities.
Lucora builds the intake and follow-up system around your law practice, helping prospective clients move from first inquiry to consultation and appropriate handoff without pretending to replace the software that runs your legal work.

Not instead of it.
Your practice-management system remains the home for matters, case files, privileged communications, legal billing and legal work. Lucora focuses on the front-end business-development journey: how a prospective client finds you, reaches out, gets a response, schedules a consultation and receives appropriate follow-up.
Built for firms that want a better front door.
The Lucora Legal Intake System can be configured for solo attorneys, small practices and growing multi-attorney firms. We tailor the intake process to your practice areas, team and existing technology, whether you handle family law, estate planning, personal injury, business law or another area of practice.
A system built around your intake process.
Depending on your firm’s needs, your implementation can include inquiry forms, practice-area routing, consultation scheduling, reminders, missed-call response, prospective-client follow-up, referral-source tracking, internal notifications, pipeline management, reporting and appropriate integrations with existing software.
From inquiry to retained client.

Thoughtful from
first inquiry to handoff.
We map the firm’s actual process before configuring technology. A typical journey may move from inquiry to basic intake, consultation, follow-up, a firm decision about engagement, and then into the firm’s established legal systems and procedures. Lucora organizes the path; the firm makes the legal and client-engagement decisions.
What could missed inquiries be costing your firm?
Use your own numbers to explore a conservative scenario. This calculator represents potential value only. It does not predict retained clients, fees or results.
Useful automation.
Human legal judgment.
Lucora does not provide legal advice, perform conflict checks or determine whether a prospective client has a viable claim. We keep front-end intake focused and configure communication, consent, review and referral workflows around the firm’s own policies and applicable professional requirements.
Questions a careful firm should ask.
Clear answers before anything is connected.
Where does our data live?
The Lucora Legal Intake System is built primarily on HighLevel, plus any integrations we agree to with your existing tools. HighLevel publishes information about its security practices and subprocessors. Before implementation, Lucora can provide a list of the proposed platforms and integrations and what each part is meant to collect and store. We design intake to collect only the information your firm determines is appropriate. The system is not intended to store privileged communications or legal matter files; those should remain in your firm’s appropriate legal practice-management system.
Will this work with our existing practice-management software?
Often, but we evaluate your existing technology before promising an integration. Lucora is designed to work around your legal practice-management system rather than unnecessarily replace it, and we confirm what can be connected during discovery.
Does Lucora handle conflicts or determine whether we should accept a client?
No. Lucora can help organize and route prospective-client information, but conflict checking, legal qualification, engagement decisions and legal judgment remain with the firm and its appropriate systems.
Who is responsible for compliance?
Your firm remains responsible for its professional, ethical, privacy, advertising, consent and communication requirements. Lucora is responsible for building and configuring the system according to the agreed scope and for handling firm information carefully within that scope. We configure workflows around your firm’s approved requirements rather than making legal or ethics determinations on your behalf.
